STEAM INHALER CUP

Help improve breathing and congestion in the nose and throat with steam inhalation. This simple to use cup can be used by adults and children. Steam helps to break up the mucus in the lungs and help improve breathing and relieve symptoms of coughs, colds, flu, covid symptoms and blocked sinuses.

Fill the cup to two-thirds full, water should be hot but not boiling. You can add a few drops of your chosen inhalant eg eucalypus oil if you wish. Holding the cup by both handles you place nose and mouth in the mask and breathe in slowly and repeat up to 5 times, then take a 1-2 minute break.
